I’ve only been taking advanced symbiotic for a month but I have noticed a difference in bloat. I’m still waiting to see if it will help with regularity and digestive issues. Overall I’m pleased with the results so far.

I am on my second container (about 45 days in) and my nails have grown SO much! My hair is taking a little longer but I have started to notice less shedding (from menopause). Just started second bottle , and am seeing good results . I used to get a hot flash almost every hour and I was miserable. Would also start to panic for no reason. Panic is gone and now I’m getting around 1-2 hot flashes a day. Haven’t noticed much benefit with insomnia yet but the night sweats have greatly reduced. I’m hoping that things will continue to progress with second bottle
